On October 26, 2013 NatLaw President and Founder Professor Boris Kozolchyk was awarded the Tucson Hispanic Chamber of Commerce Legacy Award. President Kozolchyk was presented with the award at the THCC’s annual Noche de Exitos Gala and Bi-National Awards at the Casino del Sol Resort in Tucson. The awards are designed to recognize Arizonan and Mexican leaders and celebrate the accomplishments of the business community and bi-national and bi-cultural programs in Southern Arizona and Mexico.
According to the THCC, “Boris Kozolchyk was selected as an iconic individual that has been a strong advocate for the Hispanic community and has increased awareness and understanding among the broader community of the importance and value of the region’s bicultural and bilingual heritage and future. He is also being recognized as a community leader with a long-standing record of community service, volunteerism and generosity on behalf of southern Arizona Hispanic community.”
