NatLaw's Isis Isunza Presents on Registry Systems in Madrid

On June 10, 2015 the first session of the “Seminar on the Future of Security Interest in Spain” (Seminario sobre el Futuro de las Garantías Mobiliarias en España) was held in Madrid, Spain. This session of the Seminar namely “The modernization of the legal framework on secured transactions” was hosted by the Bar of Registrars of Spain (Colegio de Registradores de España), the Autonomus University of Madrid and the Carlos III University. NatLaw Research Attorney Isis Isunza participated as a speaker in the seminar. Her presentation explained the differences between notice-filing registries and traditional or paper based registry systems.
