In late May and early June 2013, the NatLaw Oral Trial Training team conducted a two-week litigation workshop in Mexico City.  The two-week workshop was organized by the Universidad Nacional Autónoma de México as the last part of an eight-month long certificate program on Human Rights and the New Criminal Adversarial Trial of Mexico.

The workshop was attended by over 90 members of the legal and judicial community of Mexico and was made possible due to the support of the U.S. Department of State’s Bureau of International Narcotics and Law Enforcement Affairs.  The training, like NatLaw’s many other Oral Trial Trainings, focused on the use of a hypothetical case and break-out sessions in which participants practiced the trial skills learned.  To view photos from the training, visit our gallery below.
