E-Commerce Conference Materials: The National Law Center recently co-sponsored a Conference on the Legal Obstacles to E-Commerce in Latin America. The conference materials are available as a new Center publication. They are comprised of the answers provided by panelists and participants to a questionnaire prepared by Dra. Mariana Silveira, the Center's E-Commerce Project Coordinator. The purpose of the questionnaire is to provide up-to-date legal and commercial information concerning the status of e-commerce in the majority of Latin American countries.
