Product Liability in Latin America, Volume 20, No. 1, 2003 Argentina, Brazil, Chile, Uruguay, Mexico, Costa Rica, Colombia and Mercosur’s proposed protocol legislation and doctrines have been studied by the National Law Center for Inter-American Free Trade.
