Evan Speciale is a graduate of the James E. Rogers College of Law at the University of Arizona. He obtained a B.S. in Biochemistry from Arizona State University in May 2014. At Law School, Evan was particularly involved in the University of Arizona’s Tech Launch program as a Tech Transfer Student Fellow. In this role, he researched the patent and market landscape for University-funded discoveries and inventions. He also interned at Calimmune Inc., where he worked with in-house counsel to develop filing systems for patents and trademarks, organized the patent backlog, and developed a system for projecting patent costs for domestic and international filings. Evan is proficient in cyberlaw and intellectual property law, especially patents and trademarks. He was a founding member and Chief Publications Editor of the Arizona Journal of Emerging Technologies.
