Rachael Sedgwick is a graduate of the University of Arizona’s James E. Rogers College of Law. She holds a graduate degree in education from the University of Pennsylvania’s Graduate School of Education and a B.A. in English from Cabrini College. She previously worked as a Law Clerk at the Smith Law Group, conducting legal research, and wrote memos on medical malpractice, and evidentiary and other trial-related issues. In Law School, Rachael worked as a Rule 38(d) Certified Limited Practice Student at the Family Law Clinic. She was a member of the Arizona Journal of International & Comparative Law and wrote a substantial paper about international trade and education services under the World Trade Organization GATS Agreement. Before Law School, Rachael was an Education Consultant at the Santa Fe Ranch Foundation, where she led strategic planning, revised bylaws, wrote grants, and edited publications. In addition, she worked as an English Teaching Fellow with the Atlas Service Corp. in Colombia, and as Program Administrator at the Greenwich Education Group Schools in Stamford, Connecticut. Rachael is actively involved in the Tucson community, presently serving as a Board Member on the Tucson Unified School District Governing Board. She is fluent in English and Spanish.
