Article 10 -
Report by the Commission
Not later
than 27 December 2006, the Commission shall present a report to the European
Parliament and the Council on the application of this Directive, in particular
on the application of Article 1(3), Article 4(3) and Article 5, accompanied
where appropriate by proposals for its revision.
Article 11 -
Implementation
Member
States shall bring into force the laws, regulations and administrative
provisions necessary to comply with this Directive by 27 December 2003 at the
latest...
Article 12 -
Entry into force
This
Directive shall enter into force on the day of its publication in the Official
Journal of the European Communities.
